Nectos is operated by Adopt-AI SA, a Swiss company incorporated in Geneva under Swiss law. Our infrastructure partner is Hidora SA, a Swiss-certified cloud provider.
We are subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG/FADP), the Swiss Code of Obligations, and the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition. Your data is processed under Swiss jurisdiction — not by a Swiss subsidiary of a foreign company.
We provide a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are designed to withstand scrutiny from your legal and compliance teams.
